Meeting Registration

This will be a hybrid live/virtual meeting. For Live Meeting Member Attendees, the meeting fee is $800 U.S. before 3/19; $900 U.S. 3/19 and after.  The meeting fee includes the following meals: breakfast, lunch, break and reception/dinner on 4/16; breakfast, break and lunch for committee attendees only on 4/17; breakfast, break, lunch and reception on 4/18; and breakfast and break on 4/19; CME fee, and all of the other costs associated with conducting the meeting. For guests who wish to join us for meals, which includes the meals listed above, the fee is $550 for one guest, $1,100 for two guests, and $1,500 for three guests. Also, if you are interested in only purchasing the Sunday night dinner, that would be $110 and this option is on the registration form as well. For Virtual Meeting Member Attendees, the meeting fee is $425 U.S. before 3/19; $475 3/19 and after and includes access to sessions and the CME fee.

Cancellations received in writing before April 11 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 11.

Ray E. Helfer Society has reserved guestrooms at $209.00 per night (plus 12.05% tax).

For guests who prefer to book online, please visit our website at this link, select your arrival and departure dates, choose “Group Rates” from the Special Rates dropdown, and enter your group code, RAY414, in the code field. When making your reservations, it is necessary to guarantee the room to a credit card.

Members and guests will be completely responsible for their own room charges.

Cancellation Policy for Hotel Reservations: Hotel reservation cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival at the Loews Ventana Canyon. This does include no-shows and early departures. Cancellations are the responsibility of the individual booking the reservation, not The Helfer Society.

Transportation

Airport Transportation: Tucson International Airport is located 18 miles from Loews Ventana Canyon and is a 30 minute transfer. Guests can take a taxi at approximately $55 each way or make arrangements for a private sedan at approximately $109 each way. Uber and Lyft are also very popular and run about $40 each way.

Continuing Medical Education

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through joint sponsorship of Children's Hospital & Medical Center (Omaha, NE) and The Ray E. Helfer Society.

Children's Hospital & Medical Center is accredited by the Nebraska Medical Association to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Credit designation - forthcoming.
