Meeting Registration

Live Meeting Attendance: For Live Meeting Member Attendees, the meeting fee is $775 U.S. The meeting fee includes the following meals: breakfast, lunch, break and reception/dinner on 4/10; breakfast, break and lunch on 4/11; breakfast, lunch for committee attendees only, two breaks and reception on 4/12; and breakfast and break on 4/13; CME fee, and all of the other costs associated with conducting the meeting. For guests who wish to join us for meals, which includes the meals listed above, the fee is $550 for one guest, $1,100 for two guests, and $1,500 for three guests. Also, if you are interested in only purchasing the Sunday night dinner, that would be $110 and this option is on the registration form as well.

Virtual Meeting Attendance: For Virtual Meeting Member Attendees, the meeting fee is $400 and includes access to sessions and the CME fee.

Registration is now closed! You may register on-site beginning April 10 to attend the meeting live. Please contact the office to see if virtual attendance is still available. If you cannot remember your username and password, please contact the office at 630.359.4273. The deadline for pre-registration is April 4, 2022, 5 p.m. Eastern Time. Cancellations received in writing before April 1 will receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 1.

CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT TIMES

Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Early check-in is subject to availability. Upon check in, all guests will be asked to confirm their departure date. Any guest who departs earlier than the departure date confirmed at check in will be assessed a departure fee of one night’s room and tax. This fee will be automatically posted to the guest folio.

Checkout time is 12:00pm. Late check-out requests will be based on hotel availability on day of departure.

Whether you choose to spend your time warming up or cooling down, independently or in-class, our Fitness Center makes your wellness and health a priority. Our state-of-the-art Fitness Center is equipped with a full range of cardio and strength equipment including:

• Use of locker-room facilities, including steam room and sauna

Transportation

AIRPORT GROUND TRANSPORTATION

(SAN) San Diego International Airport is located approximately 11.6 miles from the hotel; Travel time is approximately 25 to 30 minutes depending on traffic. For full details, select https://www.san.org/to-from.

• Cabs – Many companies provide taxicab service at San Diego International Airport. If you need a taxi, simply follow the signs leading to the Transportation Plazas. A Customer Service Representative will place you with the first available taxi, unless you specify a particular taxicab company.
• Uber/Lyft

Sunset Transportation has been selected as the preferred provider of in-town transportation for Loews Coronado Bay Resort.  For rates and additional information please contact the the hotel at 619.424.4000. Sunset Transportation is still our preferred provider, but Concierge is not available at this moment.
